Currently, I am an assistant professor for Creighton University. I teach courses in Introductory Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Psychological Assessments, and Group Dynamics. My main areas of research include the study of workplace meetings, emotion management, and volunteerism/volunteer management. I currently have two research labs that support these research streams: the Center of Meeting Effectiveness and the Volunteer Management Lab.
